For an injury that takes its namesake after a specific sport, tennis elbow is all too common not only among active individuals but even not-so-active people. This nagging injury happens when a person strains the muscles and tendons in their forearm, causing pain and even swelling throughout the arm.

These mostly involve the muscles within the forearm and include a variety of twists, stretches, turns, and bends. Utilizing a towel for these workouts will add some flexibility to the activity, offering additional comfort to the forearm.
